We build biological wastewater treatment plants and we are in the fortunate situation that we have to ramp up our production and therefore take a closer look at the individual work process steps.
To document the current status, we decided to use the GIRI app to document the processes.
With this visualization of the process steps, we were able to get together as a team and rework and optimize the individual process steps.
The good thing about it was that we were now able to document our process steps visually and each employee can read the individual steps via a QR code and work according to optimal conditions.
The positive thing about the whole story is that our error rate has dropped significantly.
Each employee can now take over the work of another and the supervisors are relieved because they have to explain less.
